Cast iron T-slotted floor plate
Usage:They are being used in various industries for varied application like mounting of large jobs while machining,used as precision base for marking,inspection, assembly, fabrication, checking accuracy of other surfaces and many other types of operations. Generally provided with T-slots sizes 14, 18,22,28,36,42mm conforming with DIN650 or GB/T 158-1996 in tolerance from H12-H7. Different kinds of holes, square slots,positioning slots, or other special designs can be made as per customer’s requirements. Height,starting from 150mm to 500mm ,can be determined according to application and load capacity
The material is high strength cast iron HT200-300, and the rigidity of working face reaches HB170-240. It goes through twice of man work processing (man work anneal by 600 degree with natural validity of 2-3 years) in order to make the product stable in accuracy and good in grinding resistance.
Testing report or certificate can be offered.
Painting colour can be requested.
