Steel T-slot auxiliary plate

Usage:They are being used in various industries for varied application like mounting of large jobs while machining,used as precision base for marking,inspection, assembly, fabrication, checking accuracy of other surfaces and many other types of operations.

Usually it is required for T-slots sizes 10, 12, 14,or 18mm conforming with DIN650 or GB/T 158-1996 in tolerance from H12-H7. Height,starting from 60mm to 150mm ,can be determined according to application and load capacity.

The material is high strength cast iron HT200-300, or steel   #45.

Testing report or certificate can be offered.
Painting colour can be requested.

Any sizes can be customized as per customer's requirements.

Plates can be provided with related leveling or anchoring accessories as per customer's requirements.
